April has been an eventful month in the Kaminski household.

Cooper went on his first airplane trip to Fort Meyers, Florida to visit Meemaw and Peepaw.  He had a great time!  He loved kicking back in the pool, touring the Thomas Edison museum, going to the beach and putting his toes in the Gulf of Mexico, meeting Aunt Donna and Uncle Lance and Sharon Trent.  It was a really fun trip for both Cooper and Mommy.

Cooper got his second tooth yesterday- Sunday, April 22, 2012.  His bottom left tooth (his perspective) popped through and is now visible, just one day later.

Carter is excited for his Mother's Day Tea at Cherry Hills Preschool next week.  He invited me and Nanny to join him for the celebration, but he didn't stop there.  Carter wished that his school was in New York because if it were, he could also invite Great Grandma.  He was very sad that she wouldn't be able to attend this special event that he and his classmates have been planning for the mothers in their lives.  Is that the sweetest and smartest thing you have ever heard?  He never ceases to amaze me.

Cade and Carter have been playing soccer this Spring for the first time.  They have both been enjoying it a lot.  Cade, not surprisingly, is a champ on defense and often saves his team from being scored upon.  He is the tallest and fastest boy on his team and, with brute force and speed, is able to overpower nearly everyone.  Although Cade clearly has fun playing soccer, Carter absolutely loves the sport.  I think he has found his niche.  From the beginning, Carter has been practicing daily by dribbling the ball around the house and now, since the weather is nice, he's outside playing soccer for hours after school.  We have never seen him this excited over any sport before and it's really fun to watch.

I am looking forward to summer vacation when I can spend every minute of every day with all three of our precious boys!
