This week, Nanny and I got to attend Mother's Day Tea at Carter's school.  He was so proud to sing "You Are My Sunshine" and "Skit-a-ma-rinky-dinky-dink" for us and give me a flower pot with seeds for us to grow together.   I can't believe that he's nearly a kindergartener!  How is my baby growing up so fast?

On Friday of this past week, I had the pleasure of going on a field trip with Cade and his class to the Wild West Ranch in Arvada.  As you can see, Cade got to ride a horse, feed the goats, "drive" a tractor, go on a hay ride, etc.  It was a fun day and I feel so blessed to have been able to share this experience with him. I couldn't have done this if I were still working.  Thank God for giving me clarity and allowing me to focus my energy on my babies!
